Because the scraper fits snugly to the inner wall of Dutch Oven, Fire Skillet and Loaf Pan, it cleans cast and wrought iron without damaging the valuable patina.

Cleaning: How it works
Allow the pan or pot to cool down, soak with warm water and finally remove burnt-on food with the scraper. Of course, you don't need washing-up liquid. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly again. Before you put your cast iron cookware back in the cupboard, always dry it well and care for it as usual.
