The 7.4-Inch Linear Actuator Kit comes with all mechanical pieces to create a linear actuator with a 7.4inch overall stroke length. The U-Channel serves as the outside framework and the X-Rail as the extension tube. The X-Rail is supported by a pair of acetal plates able to be mounted anywhere along the channel, changing the overall extension length and amount of lateral support they provide.
The 48 tooth gear, which mounts to a motor, drives the 48 tooth gear mounted to the lead screw to create a compact 1:1 ratio. All you need to complete the actuator is a motor and a motor mount. The kit comes complete with a step-by-step assembly guide and breaks the build down into nine simple steps.
