SFH Strong

SFH Strong is an anabolic activator that is designed to increase lean muscle mass and strength. SFH Strong includes a combination of serum protein concentrate (SPC), creatine and glutamine which synergizes to produce strong muscle building conditions in the body.

Serum Protein Concentrate is a lactose free, non-denatured form of protein that is absorbed quickly ad immediately begins to repair muscles. It also extends life and function of nitric oxide in our bodies.

The Creatine helps build muscle mass and increases work output by boosting and sustaining high ATP levels.

The Glutamine in this mix aids in muscle-building, strengthens immune systems and increases growth hormones.

When combined, these ingredients are a powerhouse that also supports gut health, shuttles fat to the liver as fuel, maintains energy levels, and has powerful antioxidant properties. SFH Strong is designed to be used alone or in combination with other SFH products.

How We Use It:

SFH Strong can be taken on it's own, but we recommend that you add it to SFH Recovery Whey, Pure Whey or Coconut Fuel. Adding SFH Strong gives those great products an additional 5g of creatine per serving. As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 8-10 oz of water or your favorite SFH protein drink.
