Soothe & Sitz Oatmeal + Epsom Salt Pregnancy and Postpartum Soak

Gently swirl the water with your hands to help bath soak dissolve. To use as a sitz bath in a bathtub, dissolve a 1/2 cup of the bath soak in the bathtub with 2-3 inches of warm water. To use a sitz bath, dissolve 1-2 tablespoons in sitz basin (sold separately) in 2-3 inches of warm water. Soak the perineal area for 15-20 minutes. Formula is Cruelty Free & Vegan and made without harsh ingredients including synthetic fragrance, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), parabens, petroleum, gluten, propylene glycol, phthalates, dyes, DEA and mineral oil.
