The Yoder Smokers YS640S Pellet Grill delivers unmatched versatility, featuring direct grilling capabilities pioneered by Yoder nearly 15 years ago. Mounted on a fully powder-coated competition cart, it boasts 150 pounds of built-in storage, a heavy-duty 10-gauge steel frame, and a weather-resistant drawer for grilling essentials. The cart includes wire shelves, 8” flat-free casters for mobility, and integrated tie-downs for secure transport. Built like a tank, the hopper is made of 14-gauge steel, while the cooking chamber is 10-gauge steel, ensuring durability for a lifetime of grilling.
Equipped with the Adaptive Control System (ACS) and Fireboard’s cloud connectivity, this grill offers precise temperature control from anywhere. Features like a ceramic igniter, two-piece diffuser, and searing temperatures up to 700°F make it the ultimate workhorse.
